Mind your hydration.Â
With a high percentage of people walking around dehydrated, don’t let one of them be you. Your mind and body are not as sharp and effective so don’t just give away efficiency by failing to stay hydrated.Â
Ensure you drink enough water, especially if you use caffeine, sugar, alcohol or medications, all of which can lead to dehydration.Â
