YES I WANT THE TIPS

I couldn’t believe it when the doctor told me I had osteoarthritis and needed a hip replacement. I was terrified.  It was 2013 when my first hip was replaced and then 2015 when my second was replaced.

Rather than accept my new station in life and any limitation, I sought to change the future.  I started physical therapy and eventually gained back the strength and mobility to complete grueling triathlons consisting of a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike ride and 26.2-mile marathon as well as 36-hour endurance events and many others.

I went from being someone who couldn't walk 10 feet without being in severe pain and not knowing what to do next, to someone who is living an active lifestyle and looking forward to each new day.

I wrote the book, NEW STEEL, to show you the way back to a healthy and active lifestyle so you can regain the courage and ability to overcome your biggest challenges.
